| 1.International Trade | | Hang Fa established international trade in April 2016. In just a few months, the company has proceeded practical pace of business. Imported and exported products of the company include paper articles, sunflower oil, automobiles, tool vehicles, and centrifuges, etc. At present, the exported paper articles already gains market share in Africa, and the company imports high-quality sunflower oil to the Chinese market. International trade has become the dominant business sector in the company, Hang Fa will continue to promote its business steadily and focus on internationalization to facilitate the company business transformation. |
| The Auto Trade Department of Hang Fa was established in 2003, and set up a 4S store in the center of the Auto City in Xingsha (a county of Changsha), mainly engaging in the agency of selling Jianghuai Light Truck series. With advanced marketing, professional sales team and the mission of “creating value for customers”, the 4S store gradually turns into a top flagship store of Jianghuai light trucks with highly effective sales and after-sales experience for the customers. The store was awarded one of the top 10 dealers countrywide for 5 consecutive years, and one of the top 5 sales champions countrywide for 3 years. The annual sales continue to increase, the sales peak has reached 3000 units. |
| As an important part of the transforming and upgrading program, the Medical Equipment Department of Hang Fa was founded in August 2012, of which the main business includes selling medical equipments and IVD reagents worldwide. High-quality products and service are provided for hospital clinical departments such as laboratory, ICU, operation room, and medical imaging, etc. The sales grow with fast development each year. Hang Fa currently owns provincial agency of numbers of international and domestic brands. The company deals in the sales of medical equipment of I, II, III categories (including 6840 IVD reagents). |

This makes Hang Fa one of the first companies in Hunan Province getting professional qualification to sell electricity, pioneering in electricity system reform among entities in Hunan. |
